You may have heard me recently asking for prayer for my parents, as well as for Becky and myself.  My parents have a 150 acre farm and they are getting up in years, which means taking care of the place is difficult at best.  Without taking a lot of space to outline their problems and challenges, they need help and I feel like my family and I need to be close to them.  We want to do whatever we can to see that they are able to continue doing the things they enjoy, but without them having to shoulder the load alone.

That’s a little background information to help you understand where I’m coming from, or actually…where I’m going.  March 13^th will be my last day on the air at AFR.  I’m sad about leaving my friends, but Becky and I both agree that we are making the right decision.  I have really enjoyed sharing the last 2 years with you and your family, and I’ll miss the time we spend together.  As far as working in radio goes, I’m not sure if I will continue with that or not.  My goal is to walk in the path that God has laid out for me, and it seems as if that path might lead in another direction.  I’ll have to wait and see, but right now I’m definitely walking by faith and not by sight!
